This is a toggle switch with a DPDT (double-pole double-throw) configuration.  It has an ON-(momentary)-ON function, meaning one side of the switch is spring-loaded and returns to the center position when released.  The switch is used for manual rinse and fill operations on Jackson dishwasher models 10AB and JL100, and it is also compatible with Keating fryers.
